“I travel a lot around the Country for work. This location was fantastic. Crystal at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rest of the staff was nice and the bartenders at the bar were great. Crystal is the perfect example of how customer service and hospitality make a difference. We will definitely be back to this location the next time we visit Seattle.”
“My mom and I came originally just for breakfast at The Fig and the Judge. Even though at the time we were not guests of the hotel the woman (I wish I had gotten her name) at the information desk was so inviting and lovely. Our breakfast and service at the restaurant was also amazing so much so that my mom and I switched to this hotel for the remainder of our trip. It was so lucky as it was last min and there was only one room available (I truly believe it was destiny) as we were not happy with our first hotel. Crystal at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, and although not typical check-in time she said no problem, got us into our room quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our day. The food at the 515 bar is also so fresh and well seasoned/cooked and the service again was top notch! Everyone seems to take pride in their jobs and the hotel and it shows. I would definitely recommend staying here!”
“I wanted to make sure I submitted this review mainly from the service I received at the hotel. It wasn't good. IT WAS OUTSTANDING. I traveled to Seattle with my 79 year old father. We were there for the USA World cup game. Go USA ! However after returning from the match, to the hotel, my father starting getting leg cramps in the middle of the night. NEBIL and Kenrry were so helpful to us that they went and got my dad some bananas and OJ. I am truly thankful to them. He felt much better after. Nebil and Kennry have been amazing and this wasn't our first interaction with them. Thank you again Renaissance for putting some awesome employees under your roster.”
“Crystal was delightful and helpful. She made our first stay at this hotel inviting. We were not expecting to have a room ready, as we arrived fairly early. We planned to bag drop, until check in was available, while we explored a bit. We were happily surprised when Crystal provided check in! She also provided some helpful suggestions, instructions and fun tidbits about the city and the Mariners. (We decided to go to the game). We are MB members but found a third party deal for this stay. This is something we often do when we're "winging it" for a last minute idea. What a great find. We will definitely consider The Renaissance again and can opt to book direct. Thank you Crystal and Renaissance for making our last minute, overnight trip to the city, memorable.”
